This workout was originally designed for a firefighter finishing int he Top Ten during National Firefighter Competitions. He requested exercise to strengthen Abs, Chest Arms, Legs, Building Muscle Mass, with Vince DelMonte. This exercise was designed after someone requested information about water exercises which could be performed in the shallow or deep end of the pool-either, or, and simultaneously (for classes).
